The International Folk Art Fair is the most significant trade event promoting authentic folk art in Kraków. For almost a month at the Main Market Square it presents the beauty and variety of Polish and foreign folk art, crafts and handicrafts. Visitors will have a chance to meet traditional craftsmen as well as the new generation of creators of handicrafts. Not only will you be able to buy unique products, but you will also have the opportunity to see the artists at work or even to try your hand at a traditional craft! Numerous folklore performances and shows and much, much more are also waiting for you!

This year’s fair showcases some of the finest exhibitors whose creations serve as a reminder that folk arts and crafts are thriving, and folklore in general can be – and is! – hugely attractive to contemporary audiences. The exhibitors will present traditional souvenirs, toys, ceramics, unique jewellery, original clothing, as well as very traditional products such as lace, pottery products, embroidery or Łowicz paper cut-outs.
