Obstacles to conquer, a race against time, sporting rivalry – on 8 April, we invite everyone, young and old, to take part in the Kraków instalment of the Spartan Race. The Błonia meadow is transformed into a sports arena: adult participants take on a five-kilometre course with twenty obstacles (walls, water, mud, fire, barbed wire…), while youngsters – depending on age – compete at distances between 750 m and 2.5 km (10-15 obstacles). Three, two, one… GO!

Reebok Spartan Sprint - This is our shortest distance. It is perfect for athletes of all levels; from Spartan first timers to seasoned racers. The 3-5 Mile Sprint may be our shortest distance but it packs more than 20 Signature Spartan Obstacles. If you think you can’t do it, you’re wrong. Get to the starting line and show yourself what you are capable of.
5 km + 20 obstacles, the duration of the race from 40 min  to 2 hrs – depends on the condition runner. That's all you need to know...expect the unexpected. But please consider the following: the course is a cross country course which will lead you through woods and bushes, moats, and climbing obstacles as well as uneven ground with potential hidden roots or wires and water and/or slippery surfaces. We therefore point out that injuries may occur through falls, stumble, twists, slips etc. when overcoming the obstacles or on the course. Furthermore, dangers may be caused by falls of other participants thus jeopardizing their co-runners.Therefore we ask you to adjust your running speed and behavior to the visibility conditions, the respective obstacle and to the rush on the track.

Spartan Race isn't just for adults. Our Spartan Kids Race offers three distances for the little Spartans in your life. Based on age, our Kids races have obstacles in them just like the grown up versions. Come watch your future Spartans run, jump, and play just like they're supposed to.
Online registration -  entry fee 10€ to be paid by common Credit Card or internet banking. Race day registration on the spot - entry fee 15€ is to be paid with cash only.
