The Power of Dreams

“Great stars from the worlds of sport, music and the silver screen, heaps of positive energy and a powerful dose of inspiration,” says the Anna Dymna Foundation about the emotion-filled 15th National Integration Day “Winning Despite Everything”. Participants in the 14th Marek Grechuta Festival of Enchanted Song are people with stunning voices and physical disabilities, this year taking on Zbigniew Wodecki’s repertoire. They will perform in duets with artists such as Hanna Banaszak, Krzysztof Cugowski, Adam Nowak, Krystyna Prońko and Maria Sadowska. The Main Market Square also hosts special sports demonstrations. Athletes including Poland’s leading Paralympians show off their skills in wheelchair rugby, fencing and basketball, paracycling, amputee football, bodybuilding, skiing and sailing.
